Ria Keburia Foundation promotes artistic exchange and supports development of the contemporary art scene in Georgia and South Caucasus. Ria Keburia Foundation, which is a non-commercial entity, creates opportunities for emerging and established artists from Georgia such as supporting production of new commissions and support of exhibitions in galleries and museums, participation of the artists in international A-i-R programs and in art fairs.
At large its main goal is to position artistic practices of Georgian artists within local and global discourses. All the initiatives by the Ria Keburia Foundation aspire to nurture a vibrant and sustainable contemporary art landscape in Georgia.


Ria Keburia Foundation has launched the Artists-in-Residence (A-i-R), which is a largely thematic program, focusing on critical issues in contemporary art, as well as everyday life. It is located in the Kakheti region of eastern Georgia and serves as a platform for networking, development of new works, exhibitions, showcasing the works created in the residency.


Ria Keburia Foundation has opened a Sculpture park, located on the territory of Ambassadori Kachreti Hotel in Kakheti. The Sculpture Park is an open-air permanent exposition, currently showcasing 16 installations by international artists.
