Duration of the workshop 3-4 days.
Schedule:
Day 1. Morning - warm-ups, stretches, meditative narrative.
Opening the body and waking up.
Evening class - study of improvisation, development of movement.
Technique class - a combination of dance.
Day 2. Morning - stretching, warming up, a meditative narrative about the separation of body parts, discovering how body parts move independently, assimilating negative spaces.
Evening - a combination of technique and dance, we begin to work on individual performances, participants' own body language and learn to tell a story in a creative way.
Day 3. Morning - stretching, working on the floor, studying movement levels,
Contact improvisation,.
Evening - work on individual sketches, bundle the performances into one whole.
Day 4. - Presentation of the performance.
Classes will last for 2 hours.
At different times we thought of different activities to be more interactive, such as conversations about dance, movement and how our minds relate to all of this, showing / discussing a few short films, summarizing and introductory conversations.
